My work as a conservator consists of the technical examination, conservation, and restoration of artifacts to ensure their longevity and historical integrity, while adhering to the ethical guidelines of the European Confederation of Conservator-Restorers' Organisations (ECCO).

Who am I ?

Graduate of the National Institute of Heritage, with initial training in cabinetmaking and furniture design, I specialised in heritage restoration, bringing my skills to museums and art enthusiasts. My primary objective is to stabilise and restore each object while respecting the ethical principles of conservation-restoration.

I have developed particular expertise in the treatment of objects and furniture, with solid experience in woodworking as well as advanced mastery of plastic materials such as cellulose acetate, polyurethane foam, cellulose nitrate, and fibreglass-reinforced polyester.

My professional career includes collaborations with institutions abroad. I spent 7 months at the National Museum of Denmark, where I restored numerous objects from the Frilandsmuseet, created a copy of a cross for the Assistens Cemetery, and participated in the relocation and preparation of objects in storage, including handling pallets, dusting, cleaning, and packaging. Subsequently, I worked for 6 months at the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg, contributing to the conservation of 216 objects for the permanent exhibition Design Stories. This experience allowed me to work with a variety of materials including ceramics, glass, metal, and a diverse range of plastics.
